Flat rate shipping applies to most areas of Australia.​


$10 flat-fee Australia-wide delivery, excluding some country areas (we reserve the right to charge higher shipping rates to some country areas to reflect the higher charges by Australia Post). We use either Australia Post or Couriers Please for all domestic Australian orders.

Orders that contain "pre-ordered" items will be shipped when all items have arrived in to store. You can choose to have any available items part-shipped for an additional $8.95. Simply contact us via phone or email to arrange payment.


All purchases are generally dispatched same day or next working day. After which, delivery by Australia Post or Couriers Please will normally occur within:
  • 1 - 4 days (WA)
  • 4 - 6 days (NSW, QLD, VIC and SA)
  • 6 - 9 days (TAS and NT)
Please bear these time frames in mind when ordering.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if the product is faulty, simply return the product to our online team for a refund or exchange, less the original shipping charge of $10.


For returns, contact our friendly team on 08 9355 2259 or via our contact us page to log your return and receive instructions on how to send back to us. Postage charges are not refundable.
We reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery and shipping from the refund amount.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. The colours and details of the merchandise are visible through the clear packaging. Thus, a repackaging fee of $20 applies if items are returned opened or poorly repackaged.
No refund is applicable if the packaging is torn or damaged. For faulty items, please contact us and we will send you a satchel with reply paid details so that the product can be returned and replaced at no extra cost.
Due to Health and Safety (hygiene) reasons, wigs cannot be returned.


Please choose carefully when selecting quilts, underblankets and pillows, as there is no exchange or refund on these items due to health reasons. This excludes products found to be defective or faulty.
